Navigation guide to the functionality of the four menu icons on the top toolbar

This article explains more about the four little icons on the top right hand side of your screen.



1. Spyglass - Global Search


The first of the five icons is the Spyglass icon. This is our quick global search. It comes in very handy if you are searching using a specific and unique parameter e.g. phone number or email address. If you would like to learn more on how the Global Search works please click here.


2. The '?' icon - Help and support widget

It is likely that you have already clicked this icon since you are here. This icon will open a small window which will allow you to search the knowledge base for a specific topic or you can simply open the knowledge base by clicking any of the recommended articles and then open it in another tab. This icon also allows you to raise a ticket. You can find more information on how to raise a ticket click here.




3. The smiley face icon

This icon allows you to give feedback on our system. We encourage using this feature for any feature requests or recommendations as well as feedback. If you are encountering an error or a bug with the system please raise a ticket instead (or ask your agency to do so if you do not have access). Instructions regarding this can be found in the previous section.




4. The power icon

This icon allows you to log out.
