Logging In For The First Time (Leaseholder)
To begin using Resident leaseholder will need to be invited by an administrator.
Tip: To get the most out of Resident and get the optimal experience we recommend that you use Google Chrome browser. It will work on any browser but you will get the best results in terms of performance and outlook by using Chrome. This browser is available for free from https://www.google.com/chrome/.
Once you have been invited you will receive the below email:
To begin please follow the instructions and click on the link given. This will then open up the following sign up page:
Here you can choose any email address and password you would like. You may also choose to sign up using social media if you would prefer.
Tip: It is advised that your sign up using the email you received the invitation into. This will make it easier in the case that you lose your password or need the account reset.
Once you have signed up you will be taken to this page. Here you can click the 'Your Dashboard' button to take you into your own personal Resident account.
If this account is brand new then you will be asked to accept the terms and conditions. Here you have 3 options:
1. Reject: If you choose to reject these you will not be able to access Resident. You will still have the opportunity to accept these should you change your mind.
2. Download: This button will open a new page from which you can download and/or print these terms.
3. Accept: This will take note of your acceptance and grant you access to the system.
Once you have accepted these terms (should you choose to) you will be taken to your account like so:
If you close your browser or lose your page please follow these steps to access you account again:
1. Access the Resident website at www.resident.uk.com
2. Click the 'Login' button on the top right.
