This article explains how to access our Knowledge Base.

The Resident Knowledge Base is the place to find articles which will guide you through the sections and processes available in our software. We are constantly developing and updating the Knowledge Base, trying to make sure it is a rich, diverse and helpful source of information.

When looking for information or help notes, click the knowledge base icon at the top right of your Resident portal.

Clicking on this icon opens the support widget which will allow you to search for any article in the knowledge base or raise a support ticket 

Simply type in what you are searching for and select from the list of results.  A new window will open.

After clicking on any of those articles you will open it in the widget but you can use Open in the New Tab icon on its top (highlighted in red) to open it in a new tab.
