An overview of the insurance section where you can store your insurance documents and lists all the contracts you may need to consider


Use this section to review the insurance contracts you will need to consider and to store relevant documents for easy access by agents (and leaseholders if they have been given access). We’ve put together a list of the most common types of contracts you may need. 



Click on the ACTION icon next to each one, 


and it takes you through to your task center, where you can upload the relevant documents by clicking on the Files tab.



The other tabs allow you to see what contracts you have paid, whether there are any outstanding ones, set tasks (see link) and reminders, check payments and add notes. Refer to the Lists Article for help in navigating lists in Resident.
