Guide to storing and looking up key information about your company details and settings
This section holds all the information about your company registration details, directors, and shareholders. Use this section to keep a copy of your company memorandum & articles of association, upload the end of Year Accounts for the service charges, & upload Meeting Minutes.
Company Settings
The Company Settings tab within this section is a new feature for version 3. It means you can now also keep details of Freeholder and Right To Manage (RTM) companies all in one place along with the rest of the company information. The system allows you to add up to three extra tabs, to include freeholder details and up to two companies. You choose whether you would like to add this option when you first set up the company.
Company Details
The Company Details tab is where you can look up key information about your company that you might need at a moment’s notice, such as your company registration number, and when the next accounts are due, here. The information on this page is automatically filled in by Companies House when you enter the company registration number to save you looking it up.
If you didn’t already fill this in when you first set up, you must enter the date of your AGM down the bottom of the form. Resident automatically sets the date as 6 months after the company year end.
