Guide to navigation once you have logged in to a specific Block, as an agent

From the Global Dashboard view, once you select a specific Block from the 'Search Menu' on the left-hand side (see Top Toolbar Icon Navigation), the system takes you through to another Dashboard, specific to the Block you have selected.

You can always navigate back to the Global Dashboard by clicking on your Agency's Name/Logo on the top left of your screen. 

The panels on the Block Dashboard give you a snapshot of the location: who the Block Manager is, Service Charge arrears, Works Orders raised and Units in the Block. Clicking on the panels take you through to those sections. 

Clicking on the left menu gives you access to more details about each Property and the Units within it.
