Creating a property could not be more simple!
We are introducing new creation wizard which will guide you through the whole process of creating a block. Because we also now allow you to consolidate blocks into separately managed estates you will be able to add this during the creation of your block.
You can access wizard by selecting New Block in the Creation Centre.
Now you can start creating your block and having completed all mandatory fields you just press 'Create'
Remark 1
Most of the steps in the wizard are optional and you can skip them.
Remark 2
Nothing will be created until you get to the final stage and confirm all details.
