This article explains how to generate all the necessary documents for End of Year Accounts.



You can download a year end pack which will include this. 


To download an end of year pack please open the block or estate and navigate to one of the below on the left side menu depending on your block layout:


Company - 'Company' > 'Company Info' > 'End of Year Pack' then select 'End of Year Pack' on the side menu and select your block and financial period. Now you can click 'Generate and Send Pack'


Freeholder - 'Freeholder' > 'Categories' > 'End of Year Pack' then select 'End of Year Pack' on the side menu and select your block and financial period. Now you can click 'Generate and Send Pack'


RTM - 'RTM' > 'RTM Info' > 'End of Year Pack' then select 'End of Year Pack' on the side menu and select your block and financial period. Now you can click 'Generate and Send Pack'


If you have more than one of these on a block it does not matter which you choose. They will produce the same.





A few minutes after this is complete you will receive an email with a link to the generated Pack. It will also appear in the Files tab in this Category.


Your pack will be *.zip file containing the following documents:

- Service Charge Statements for each Unit (single pdf file)

- All Service Charge Demands with due dates in the selected period (one pdf per Invoice group)

- Cashbook for each Account for the Financial period (multiple excel files)

- All Suppliers Invoices listed with attachments (one excel file with the list of Invoices and attachments in whatever format they were uploaded)

- All Budgets linked to that Period (One file per Budget)

- Budget vs Expenditure Report (excel file)

- Trial Balance (excel file)

- Previous Year Accounts - it will pull the most recent file uploaded to the section End of Year Accounts
