Downloading User or Company Membership contact details  via mail merge extract

To make life easier, you can download a spreadsheet with all your contacts’ details, so that you can create a mail merge campaign if you need to contact them in bulk. You do this from the Contacts section. Click on Users and Contacts, and then from the black More Actions button at the top of the screen.

Select which of the two mail merge extracts you would like: either Agency Contacts or Owners & Units Contacts, and a spreadsheet with details of your contacts will download straight to your computer.
